Types of applications 

1. Framework Application → Where we get all core functionality 
2. Implementation Application → Specific features related to one business

➢ Each organization will be having multiple implementation applications 

➢ Common functionality across all these applications, we maintain in Framework. 

➢ PRPC recommends business to maintain at least one Framework.

➢ Before creating any component, need to identify the scope. Based on Scope, design should happen. 

➢ Based on design, the Compliance score of the operator will be decided. 

➢ Usually compliance score should be 80 - 90%.

Based on Project complexity, Organization structure will be designed. 
➢ Organizations can have multiple frameworks, Or may not have single frame work also.
